BEN DRAKE
Biography
Ben Drake was the former singer with the66kicks, and is now writing/recording and gigging his own material.
Recording his latest album, ‘Repercussions’, was a challenging process, but he enjoyed every moment. After being in a band for so long with 4 people sometimes all pulling in different directions, having complete control over the process was both refreshing and daunting.
Ben is currently working on his second album ‘Rise of the Little Big Things’. The title track has been inspired, in part, by the band ‘The Little Big Things’ who will provide their unique talent to the recording of that song.
Ben is now looking forward to finishing this album and getting out on the road once more. After all, performing live is what it’s all about.
